Your sisters have elected you because they believe you to have the qualities needed to fulfill the duties of the office, that you have ideas that can take your office to new heights, and that you will work your best to reflect credit upon your chapter and our Fraternity. Strong, successful chapters all have one thing in common: a group of individuals who have assumed leadership positions, have a solid understanding of their roles, accurately carry out their responsibilities in a timely manner, actively support each other, and involve the general membership.
