As the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DDEI) for AOII, you will be a vital member in the chapter's leadership by overseeing the chapter's strategy for diversity, equity, and inclusion. The primary focus of the DDEI is cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is done through a keen understanding of the chapter culture, the creation and implementation of innovative educational programs, a knowledge of campus and community resources, and an understanding of different cultures.
